POI Tracker (module)

The POI Tracker module was a module of the mobi.guider ITCS back-office suite (no longer in the Kapsch portfolio). The module allowed traffic control operators (TCOs) to monitor the activities of the POIs (vehicles).

In the POI Tracker module, a TCO:

• Had different views on the same POI at his disposal (e.g. map view, tree view, interchanges view...)
• Could perform actions on the POI from these different view (e.g. send a message to the driver, track a particular POI, create a ticket for a POI...)
